What we collect

Nothing. Arrivals is a menu bar app that shows live public transit arrival times. It has no account and no sign-in, and it collects no personal information. There are no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no data is sent to us or any server we control. We have no way to identify you or your device.

Network requests

To show arrival times, the app makes requests directly from your Mac to the transit data provider you choose. Depending on your configuration, that provider is one of:

These requests include the station or stop you have configured, so the provider can return the relevant times. They go directly from your device to the provider; we do not proxy, log, or see them. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.

Data stored on your device

Your settings — the transit system, station, platform, and display preferences you pick — are stored locally on your Mac. They are not synced to any server or shared with anyone.
